Algoa FM has been resident to the beautiful coastline of the Eastern and Southern Cape for over 30 years, providing a great mix of music to entertain its diverse audience. In December 2011, they extended their footprint to the beautiful Garden Route including Knysna, George and Mossel Bay, giving their advertisers increased coverage. The station is broadly known and committed for being entertaining, inspiring and invested in the community. The listeners are interested in lifestyle focused initiatives and activities including sport, health music and anything that embodies healthy living. For this reason the station partners with events that stimulate their audience including Ironman South Africa, Big Walk for Cancer, The Wine Show, Concert in the Park and the numerous lifestyle festivals across their broadcast area including the Grahamstown National Arts Festival, Absa KKNK in Oudtshoorn, Biltong Festival in Somerset East and the Strawberry Festival in George to only mention a few.
