| Women’s Month is always a special time, it gives us a chance to pause, reflect, and truly appreciate the powerful, creative, determined women who shape our industry every day. From seasoned execs to rising stars, from content creators to sales champions, so many incredible women bring their hearts, brains, and bold ideas to the work we do. And behind so many of those ideas, you’ll often find a mentor, a guide, or a quiet encourager, someone who said “I see something in you” and helped unlock that next level. That’s what I love most about working at United Stations. Yes, we push hard. Yes, we’re driven. But at our core, we’re about people. We believe in one another. We back each other. And we make space for growth – not just in titles or revenue, but in confidence, courage, and self-belief. I don’t think mentorship is something you schedule. It happens in the small, everyday moments, in the feedback that’s kind but honest, in the high-fives when something lands, and in those “you’ve got this” chats when someone feels like they don’t. What I’ve learned over time is that when women are given the right environment – where they’re seen, heard, and supported, they don’t just perform. They soar. They change the game. They build and lead with passion, purpose, and generosity. So this Women’s Month, I just want to say: to every woman in our business, thank you. For your ideas, your resilience, your humour, your care, your tenacity. For showing up, for lifting others, and for showing what’s possible when we lead with heart. Here’s to all of you.
