JoziFM is proud to have participated in the Amstel, The Entrepreneur initiative as it aligns perfectly with the station’s mission to uplift and empower the township economy. The initiative started in Nov 2022 to June 2023, the entrants went through a rigorous series of elimination rounds that resulted in 4 finalists walking away with an R100 000 cash prize over and over the mentorship and marketing exposure received along the journey.
80% out of over 5000 entries received from participating communities were from JoziFM. The finalists were carefully selected based on their innovative ideas, dedication, and potential for growth.
JoziFM and Amstel’s commitment to empowering these entrepreneurs is commendable, and the impact of their support will be felt for years to come.
